Glass Cleaner DIY - doTERRA Essential Oils - Dawn Goehring Desert Naturals

Glass Cleaner DIY

Make your own glass cleaner that is cheaper than store bought and works better. Optionally add lemon essential oil

Make your own glass cleaner using common ingredients you probably already have in your home.  This cleaner saves you tons of money, takes only minutes to whip up,  and works better than anything you'll find in the store!

I love that I know all of the ingredients in it! My favorite oil to use in it is lemon oil because I love the fresh, clean smell.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rubbing alcohol
  • 1 cup water.  I recommend distilled, but tap will work just fine.
  • 1 tbl vinegar
  • 10 drops Lemon essential oil (optional - this cleaner will work just fine without it if you are out)

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a 16 oz glass spray bottle and give it a gentle shake before using.

Note: If you use plastic, be sure to use a plastic that is safe for use with essential oils, such as PET.  This glass sprayer is what I use, and I picked it up at Amazon.  You can use the extra spray bottle to make my 'All Purpose Cleaning Spray'.

Do you need to pick up essential oils for this recipe?  I choose to use doTERRA essential oils.  They are the purest, highest quality and only brand I use.

The cheapest way to get doTERRA is with a starter kit which start at only $55.  Check out the details here or fill in your information in this quick form and I'll email them to you.
