You'll know you need to balance your Sacral Chakra if you are feeling guilt, shame, betrayed, having commitment issues, or having a lack of passion.
Use this essential oil blend along with other methods to bring your Sacral Chakra back into balance.
How to Balance the Sacral Chakra with Essential Oils
There are 7 major chakras, or energy sources in our body. Each chakra represents a different part of our body and emotional well being. When these chakras are in balance, we reach a place of balance between spirit, body, earth and health, universality and grounding. But, when any one of our chakras are out of balance, we can suffer many negative emotional and physical effects.
The Sacral Chakra is located in the lower abdomen. It is also called the 2nd Chakra. This chakra is the center of feeling, emotion, pleasure, sensuality, intimacy, and connection. It is also the center of creativity. The Sacral Chakra is associated with the color orange, which represents warmth and emotion. Someone with a balanced second chakra radiates warmth and is able to speak openly about emotions.

How to balance your Sacral Chakra
There are many ways we can balance our chakras. Some of these include foods, meditation, affirmations, yoga, stones, and/or crystals. Essential Oils are another tool you can use either alone or in conjunction with these other methods.
The essential oil blend featured here is specific to healing the Sacral Chakra. For best results, use this blend topically or aromatically. Check my other blog posts for blends on balancing the other 7 major Chakras.
Topical Use of Essential Oils:
You can add these oils to an empty 10ml roller, then top the roller off with carrier oil. A roller is a convenient way to bring the oils with you wherever you may be. For example, throw one in your purse for use at work, school, running errands, etc. You can apply a roller to pulse points like the wrists, inner elbows, under ears. The base of the skull, at the back of the neck, right at the hairline is one of my favorite places to apply essential oils.
If you aren't sure what a roller is, or need to purchase rollers, Click here for some of my faves on Amazon.
Diffusing Essential Oils
Diffusers are one of my favorite ways to use essential oils in the home. Diffusers put out a small amount of mist into the air and fill the air with tiny droplets of essential oils. You can and should use them in place of plug-ins, wax warmers, and synthetic/chemical sprays.
You can purchase diffusers through both doTERRA and also on Amazon.
There are many doTERRA kits containing a variety of essential oils, some of which include diffusers. Click here for one of my favorite doTERRA diffusers.
You can also find a wide range of diffusers at all price points on Amazon. Click here to see some popular models.
