Take some time to thoughtfully pick out what you want your one word to be. Set your intention for the year.
Once you’ve decided on your One Word, make several essential oil rollers for that word and keep them where you will get the most use out of them. Perhaps that’s the home office for you, your purse, your car, or the kitchen counter.
To use your roller, simply roll it onto pulse points just like you would perfume. For example, the inside of your wrists and elbows, the back of the neck underneath your hairline, behind ears, etc.
