Back to School Blends
Going back to school is HARD! And not just for kids. It's taxing on parents and teachers, too. Here is a collection of blends for everyday use. These can be used in the diffuser or a roller.
Use one or all of these in your daily routines. Some, like the Immunity Rescue, you may want to use during the winter months when our immune systems can't take anymore. Some, like the night time blends or morning blends, you may want to use every day.
Experiment with what works for you and your family, and you will quickly find a routine using your essential oils. You'll sail through the school year!
- When using in a roller, I like to add no more than a max of 30 total drops of essential oil for an adult. For kids, you may want to cut that in half. Then, top with your fave carrier oil and now you have a roller that your child can keep in their backpack, or you can throw in your purse to take with you.
- When using in the diffuser, add as many drops as you like of each oil. I tend to go heavy on the number of drops because I like it nice and strong, but you can use whatever is comfortable for you. Start with 1 drop of each oil and go up from there.
