Ingredients and Supplies You’ll Need To Make Men’s Body Spray
You’ll need the following items to make this Men’s Body Spray:

A spray bottle – I used this 2 ounce Aluminum Spray Bottle, also pictured below. You could also use a glass spray bottle.
Avoid plastic bottles any time you are working with essential oils.

Essential oils You’ll need the following essential oils for this men’s body spray blend:
- Orange
- Cedarwood
- Tea Tree
- Black Spruce
- Arborvitae
Vegetable Glycerin Vegetable glycerin helps the essential oils blend evenly in the body spray and improves moisture retention. This is the one I use.
Witch Hazel Witch hazel is used to disperse the essential oils. You’ll need just under 2 ounces or the size of your spray bottle you’re using.
Ingredients
- 15 drops Wild Orange
- 20 drops Cedarwood
- 10 drops Tea Tree
- 10 drops Black Spruce
- 5 drops Arborvitae
- 1/2 tsp vegetable glycerin
- unscented witch hazel
- 2 oz aluminum spray bottle
Instructions
- Add all essential oils to the 2 oz spray bottle.
- Add 1/2 tsp Vegetable Glycerin
- Top off the dropper bottle with Witch Hazel
- Add your top and gently shake to incorporate everything.
