Epsom salt baths offer many benefits, primarily due to the magnesium sulfate in the salts.
Soaking in an Epsom salt bath may help relax muscles, ease tension, and reduce inflammation, which can be especially beneficial after physical activity.
The magnesium absorbed through the skin may also help promote better sleep, reduce stress, and improve overall mood.
Epsom Salt baths can also help soothe skin irritations and improve circulation, making them a simple yet effective remedy for relaxation and recovery.

Benefits of Eucalyptus Essential Oil in a Bath Soak
Eucalyptus in a bath can help relieve congestion, soothe sore muscles, and provide a refreshing aroma. If you’ve got tight sore muscles from working out, this will feel amazing! Many people tend to carry stress in their shoulders and neck. This is a great option to help relieve tight tense shoulders and neck due to stress.
Adding Eucalyptus Oil to your bath soak can promote respiratory health by opening up nasal passages and airways.
How to make Lavender Eucalyptus Bath Salts
It’s quite simple to make these bath salts.
Simply combine Epsom Salt, Coconut oil (or your favorite carrier oil such as jojoba), lavender essential oil and eucalyptus essential oil together in a bowl.
If you are adding dried florals, go ahead and mix them into the bowl.
If you are planning on using it right away, go ahead and skip the bowl, and add everything right into the warm bathwater in your tub.
Swirl it around in the warm bathwater to dissolve the salts, then soak away the stress of the day and melt the tension from your muscles.
