Ingredients Needed to Make Pumpkin Smoothie
You don’t need anything fancy. You may already have most of these in your pantry:
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or your fave milk)
- 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin puree
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- sprinkle of pumpkin seeds or walnuts
Directions to make this Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie
To make the smoothie, simply dump everything in your blender and blend until combined and a smooth consistency.
I like to top mine with a few nuts for some added texture – totally optional. Your smoothie will be just as delicious without them.
You could also sprinkle some cinnamon, nutmeg or other spice on top.
