doTERRA BOGO FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Have you BOGO’d with dōTERRA before? If not I want to make sure that you don’t miss out because these deals move FAST, so let me give you all the details and answer a few questions you may have:

What even is a “BOGO

Buy one, get one FREE!🎉 Generally this is like a “buy an On Guard, get a Breathe for free” kind of deal, so you get two totally different oils with each BOGO. Each BOGO is available the whole week for purchase (while supplies last).

Do I have to be a doTERRA member to get the BOGO’s?

Nope – you can order your BOGO’s right here and pay retail price. However, you’ll save 25% on all your doTERRA oils if you are a member. You can buy the BOGO box and get a membership free. See the next FAQ question for more ways on how to become a member.

I’m not a member with dōTERRA, and would like to be. Can I sign up and get the BOGOs?

You can grab your wholesale access for $35 and add on the BOGO(s) of your choice. Your price for each item in your cart will be reduced by 25% automatically.

Do these sell out or do I have all day to order?

These deals are HIGH demand, that is why dōTERRA has to put limits on them so they absolutely can sell out. I would grab yours first thing in the morning to make sure you are not missing out!

I already have a membership. Should I order through my Loyalty Rewards or a Standard order?

Completely up to you but if you want to really want to maximize your account, I highly recommend adding the BOGO Box to your LRP template and processing with one other standard item to earn back the points on your order. Remember, any LRP order over 50pv will earn a percentage back + shipping back in points!

What if I want to order additional BOGOs?

The great news is that you can order up to 5 BOGO Boxes and up to 5 of each BOGO each day.

When are the BOGOs released each day?

BOGOs are a bit different this round, and we are here for it! The BOGOs are released all at once on November 15th and you can purchase all of them through November 19th.

I am a member and I have points burning a hole in my pocket, can I use them for BOGOs?

Short answer: no. Points cannot be used for BOGOs. However, there are still many other amazing products and items that you can use your points for this week while you checkout with your BOGO orders.

How do I know when there is a BOGO?

We announce BOGOs on all the doTERRA social media channels, through email, and also on our website. If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram—or if you are signed up to receive email notifications (like the newsletter)—then you won’t miss it!What is FAQ?

How to Place Your doTERRA BOGO Order

If you are NOT a doTERRA member, order the BOGO using the purchasing links on this page. (see the top of the page).

Current doTERRA Members Purchasing on a Standard One Time Order

Sign in to your back office and select the “Shop” tab.
Select the appropriate category for the special that day. For example, if the BOGO is “buy Grapefruit, get Lemongrass for free,” you would select “Single Oils,” search for Grapefruit, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you have finished shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout.” The free Lemongrass will automatically be added to your cart.
Standard orders will not receive LRP points; however, standard order Shipping Reward Program points still apply.

Current doTERRA Members Purchasing on a Loyalty Rewards Order (recommended)

Sign in to doterra.com and click on your LRP template.
Go to the “Quick Add to Cart” bar and search for the special that day. For example, if the BOGO is “buy Grapefruit, get Lemongrass for free,” search for Grapefruit and select it when it pops up in the dropdown menu.
You no longer need to add an additional item for your LRP order to process, but if you wish to earn LRP points, then your order must reach at least 50 PV. (This is necessary in order for us to continue offering these amazing deals.)
Once you’ve finished shopping, click “Ship Now,” and then continue to the Review Order page. The free Lemongrass will automatically be added to your cart.
Select “Process Order Now.”
Make sure you adjust your template after for future processing.
