• Returns for all doTERRA products will be accepted for a full refund within 30 days if unopened.  To be eligible for a refund, item must be returned sealed and in the same condition you received it.  
• If an item is opened and you are unhappy with it, you may be eligible for a partial refund within 30 days.  
• You are responsible for the return shipping.
• You will be refunded to your original method of payment within 24 hours of an item being received.
• Digital products such as eBooks cannot be returned. All digital sales are final. No exceptions.

All other physical products (oil holders, clothing, mugs)

• Returns for physical products will be accepted for a full refund within 30 days.
• You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
• Item must be received in like new condition to qualify for a full refund.
• You will be refunded to your original method of payment within 24 hours of an item being received.

DIGITAL products (planners, eBooks, Courses)

All digital sales are final unless stated otherwise in the product description.
