Add pink pepper or black pepper essential oil into olive oil and mix
Brush Fresh Veggies with the olive oil mixture and sprinkle with salt
Add veggies to skewers
Cook in closed grill over medium-high heat, turning occassionaly for 4 - 10 minutes depending on the vegetable. Your goal is to achieve tender, slightly charred vegetables.Tip: soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes before grilling . Oil metal skewers to avoid sticking.
