DIY Linen & Pillow Spray with Lavender Essential Oil
Fall asleep quickly and easily with this DIY Linen & Pillow Sleep Spray made with Lavender essential oils. This linen bedtime spray is super easy to make and only takes a couple minutes and 2 ingredients: essential oils and witch hazel.

Ingredients
- 30-40 drops Lavender Essential Oil use more or less to make the scent stronger or lighter.
- 4 oz Witch Hazel
- 1 4 oz Spray Bottle
Instructions
- Add the drops of Lavender or Serenity essential oil to the spray bottle
- Top off the spray bottle Witch Hazel.
- Add the Spray topper to the bottle, then gently shake to combine all ingredients
Notes
- You can use water in place of the witch hazel. It will get the job done.
- Add more essential oil if you like a stronger scent. Add less if you prefer a lighter scent.
