Blue Moon Milk Recipe with Butterfly Pea Flower and Ashwagandha
Ingredients

cup
milk
any kind
1
tsp
butterfly pea flower powder
1/2
tsp
ashwagandha powder
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
Tea cups
Instructions
Warm the milk in a small pan over low heat, but don’t boil it. It takes about 8-10 minutes.
Whisk in the butterfly pea flower powder and ashwagandha powder until fully dissolved and smooth.
Add vanilla extract and stir to combine.
If needed, add in some sweetener such as honey, then enjoy!
