Add each herb into a glass jar. Pour the carrier oil onto the top. Leave for 4 to 6 weeks, shaking every couple of days. Then strain.
Diaper Creme
Add the shea butter, infused oil (or plain carrier oil), and beeswax into a heat safe glass container. Slowly melt it in a double broiler or in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between.
Once completely melted, put in the fridge for about 30 minutes until it is fully hard.
Mix with a mixer. Add in your non nano zinc oxide. Make sure to mix it thoroughly.
Add in your essential oils and stir once again.
Pour into your container.
Apply the diaper rash cream as needed just as you would any other diaper rash cream.
Notes
You can use any carrier oil. I used avocado oil in mine.
Essential oils are optional. If you are using with babies, be sure to follow safe practices and be cautious with the oils you use. Babies skin is much more sensitive than adults so it's best to use sparingly and be sure to use a high quality pure essential oil - absolutely no fragrance oil.
Lavender essential oil is fantastic for skin and highly recommended in this recipe.
