Oatmeal and Chamomile Bath Tea
This DIY Oatmeal and Chamomile Bath Tea is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Imagine a soothing bath that not only relaxes your mind but also pampers your skin and helps you relax before bed to get a better night's sleep.
Ingredients
½ cup oats
¼ cup dried chamomile flowers
could also use chamomile tea if you have it on hand
empty unbleached tea bags
Instructions
Add the oatmeal and chamomile to a small bowl, and stir to combine.
Add a few tablespoons of the bath tea to an organza or similar bag.
To use, hang it under the running bath water, allowing it to infuse the water.
