Lymph Drainage Cream Recipe with Herbs and Essential Oils

Instructions
Herb Infused Oil (optional)
Combine all the herbs into a mason jar.
Pour the carrier oil to cover the herbs completely. Store for a couple of weeks, shaking the jar every few days. Then, strain.
Cream Recipe
Melt the butters and oils in a double boiler over simmering water, or slowly in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Leave in the fridge for it to solidify for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Add in your essential oils.
Use a hand mixer and mix thoroughly.
Pour into a container and store in a cool, dry place.
To use: Massage over your lymph nodes to help them detox.

• You can add essential oils if you want. Some good ones for the lymph nodes are geranium, grapefruit, lavender, and ginger.• Ginger root works great for the infused oil, I just ran out and used ginger root powder.• Any carrier oil works, I used jojoba oil.• If you are using ginger root, you may want to strain with a coffee filter.
