Add in the drops of essential oil and mix thoroughly.
Grind up the leaves until you have a fine powder.
Mix the dried herbs into the Epsom salt mixture.
Slowly add in water. You do not want it to be soaking wet, just slightly wet. If it is too wet, it will not harden properly. So be sure to go slow.
Put the mixture into your silicone mold. Let it sit overnight or until it is hard.
Once hardened, gently peel out of the mold. Store in an airtight container.
To use, place 1 or 2 on the bottom of the shower while you're showering. They will dissolve in the warm water and the aroma will help open your airways along with the steam from the shower.
