DIY Nail Growth Serum and Cuticle Oil Recipe
This DIY Nail Growth Serum doubles as a cuticle oil that conditions and strengthens nails so they break less and keep the length they grow, and saves money over store bought. The easy homemade nail serum can be customized by using different essential oils or carrier oil.
Ingredients
- ½ tsp vitamin e oil
- 1 ¼ Tbsp jojoba oil Or argan oil, carrot seed oil, grapeseed oil
- castor oil optional (replace some of the jojoba oil)
- 5 drops Frankincense essential oil
- 5 drops Myrrh essential oil
- 5 drops Lavender essential oil
- 5 drops Lemon essential oil
- 2 oz glass dropper bottle
Instructions
- Add the vitamin E and essential oils to your dropper bottle
- Fill the dropper bottle with the Jojoba Oil, and gently shake to mix. It's ok if you don't use the exact amount listed.
- Gently massage a few drops into nail bed and cuticles twice daily.
Notes
If you don't have all the oils listed, use what you do have.
Add a total number of about 20 drops of essential oil - it can be all one oil or any combination.
