DIY Magnesium Spray Recipe
Here is an easy recipe for DIY Magnesium spray to naturally boost magnesium levels in your body which can help with better sleep, lower stress levels, leg cramps, and natural pain relief.
Equipment
Microwave safe Glass spouted measuring cup
or small saucepan to boil water
Ingredients

cup
Magnesium Flakes
1
cup
Distilled Water
Essential Oils (optional)

TBL
Jojoba Oil or other carrier oil (optional)

16oz
Spray Bottle
Instructions
Boil your water.
Once it is boiled, add in your magnesium flakes.
Stir until it is all combined.
If adding essential oils, add to the carrier oil, then mix with the magnesium water.
Pour into your spray bottle when it has cooled down.

Notes
You can use smaller size spray bottles if you like, you'll need to use multiple bottles if you do.
Use calming essential oils like Lavender, or Roman Chamomile for sleep.
Use essential oils like Wintergreen, Lavender, Eucalyptus, for Pain.
