fruit dip platter with doterra tangerine essential oil

This cream cheese fruit dip recipe is perfect for a summer bbq, and to get your kids to eat more fruit! This recipe uses Tangerine or Orange essential oils to add a healthy, tasty, citrus twist to fruit.

Tangerine Cream Cheese fruit dip is a sweet and tasty way to get kids to eat more fruit. It is healthier than store bought versions which are typically full of high fructose corn syrup and other fillers.

Some additional fun ideas include putting the fruit on kabobs, or arranging fruit in a rainbow pattern on a serving plate. Kids will eat it up and you can feel good about it!

The tangerine flavor comes from Tangerine Essential oil so there is no need to spend a ton of time squeezing tangerines for their juice.

Sweet Yogurt Fruit dip naturally flavored with essential oils of either Tangerine or Wild Orange. Your kids will love it and eat more fruit.

For a Fall Variation, use Cinnamon Essential Oil and use with cut apples.  Cinnamon can be a very hot oil so be sure to only dip the tip of a toothpick in the bottle of oil, then swirl that into the cream cheese.  This is the perfect delicious amount.
