For a typical adult, I recommend no more than 30 drops of essential oil in 1  10ml roller, then top off with fractionated coconut oil, or your favorite carrier oil.  You will want to add less oil and more carrier oil for children, elderly, or anyone who is sensitive.  Refer to this Easy Dilution Guide for safety recommendations:
