Immune System – Take one drop in a veggie cap daily to maintain a healthy immune system.
Airways – Add one to two drops in a veggie capsule to support your airways especially when feeling congested.
Food – Use one drop of oregano in place of dried oregano particularly pizza sauce and spaghetti sauce. Usually – less than a drop is all you need. swirl a toothpick in the essential oil, then swirl it into your dish. Repeat until you have the desired flavor. Oregano essential oil can quickly overpower your dish, so start small.
DIY Cleaner – Put 10 drops in a 16 oz spray bottle with water for a surface cleaner.
Antioxidants – Take internally to promote a healthy response to oxidation and free-radicals.
Digestion – take internally in a veggie capsule or rub topically on stomach (be sure to dilute with carrier oil as oregano is a hot oil and can burn if not diluted).
