My Favorite Stress Busting Essential Oil Rollerball

By nature, I am a very anxious person.    I encourage you to try out your own combinations as everyone's body chemistry is different, and what works for one person won't necessarily work for someone else.

Here is my personal favorite oil combo to help me get through the day.    I pull out the roller throughout the day and apply it at the base of my neck, and pulse points, like my wrists and neck.   One of the most aggravating parts of my day, and I know many moms and dads who agree with me.

Essential Oils Used in this Calming Blend

This blend uses three oils: Vetiver, Balance Grounding blend, and Serenity Restful blend.

    To make this in a roller ball, I first add the essential oils to my empty roller.

    Then, I top off the roller with carrier oil - my personal favorite is doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oi  Pop the rollerball in and, viola!

    A Little Info on Fractionated Coconut Oil

    Fractionated Coconut oil is a little more processed than regular coconut oil which can solidify in cooler temperatures. Pretty much any oil can function as a carrier oil.  

    I prefer using coconut oil because it doesn't have a strong scent.  Coconut Oil is really amazing for our skin and has many practical uses. This fractionated coconut oil  is my favorite. If you can't use or don't like coconut oil, some other options are: Jojoba, Argan, Avocado, Almond, Grapeseed, or Olive Oil.
