Congratulations on taking this step in your weight loss journey.  You're going to find everything you need to use essential oils for weight loss in this Trello Board.

Copy the Board to your Free Trello Account

You MUST save the board into your own Trello account.  Do not 'follow' the board as I may make changes or updates and your version will then be altered.

You do not need a paid version of Trello to use the board.

To save this board into your own Trello account, follow these easy steps:

• Ensure you are logged in to your own Trello account (create a new free account if you don't already have one)
• Click on the right-hand side: Show Menu > More > Copy Board
• Give your Board a new name
• Ensure that "Keep Cards" and "Keep Template Cards" are ticked
• Click "Create"
• You'll then need to click at the top right of the board to view the "CALENDAR" (If you don't see "CALENDAR" in the top right, you'll need to click "Power-Ups" with the little rocket icon in the menu on the right-hand side.  You'll then type "CALENDAR" into the search and click "ADD"
• You can also use Trello's feature of Power-Ups to export your calendar
