4) Lavender and Emotional Support
LAVENDER is also known as the OIL OF COMMUNICATION! Lavender calms and relaxes, increasing your ability to express your feelings.
You can benefit from using LAVENDER for emotional support if you feel one or more of the following:
- Fear of expressing yourself
- Fear of being seen or heard
- Holding back innermost thoughts or feelings
- Fear of rejection
- Fear of your own true self
- Emotional dishonesty
When feeling any of these, you can diffuse LAVENDER, or apply topically over the heart, behind the neck, or on pulse points.
