3) Pepppermint For Your Mouth

Lesson 3

How to use Peppermint Essential oil for bad breath

Remember menthol, that powerful constituent we talked about? Well, menthol has been used for centuries for its ability to freshen and cleanse with a bright minty kick!

What’s that mean to you?

Using Peppermint Essential Oil from dōTERRA is a great way to freshen breath while providing a pleasant, cooling sensation, allowing you to feel confident, knowing that your breath smells as good as it feels!

Here are two easy, Peppermint mouth rinses that can be used at any time:

Minty Mouth Rinse Recipe #1

Minty Mouth Rinse Recipe #2

Directions: Add to a small glass of water, take a sip, and swirl around your mouth for a healthy, refreshed mouth. You can also add a drop to your toothpaste morning and night before brushing.

And if you don't have these other oils on hand, or don't like the flavor, just add a drop or 2 of Peppermint all by itself to a small glass of water!  Easy Peasy.

There is also another convenient and easy way to use Peppermint on the go to promote healthy breath. Through a unique and exclusive process, our company has captured the unique benefits of Peppermint Essential Oil in the convenience of a soft vegetarian beadlet.

Each tiny beadlet delivers a refreshing burst of Peppermint as it dissolves in your mouth, while invigorating your senses as you breathe in the cooling aroma of pure Peppermint Essential Oil.

More than a breath mint, these Peppermint Beadlets can be used for oral care, respiratory health, digestive comfort, and all other situations for which Peppermint Essential Oil is used internally.

To use for fresh breath, allow the beadlet to dissolve in your mouth.  It's kind of like an Altoid mint!!
