We have discussed using Peppermint for an energy boost, but did you know that you can also use it to promote mental alertness?
Using Peppermint topically, aromatically, or putting a drop on your tongue while studying will promote focus and concentration. Use alone or combine with ROSEMARY. Then, if tested on what you were studying, allow a Peppermint Beadlet to dissolve on your tongue. Your brain will associate the study session with the Peppermint. This can in turn, help you remember what you studied.
Here’s a couple of Diffuser Blend Recipes to help with mental alertness and study time.
Study Time Diffuser Blend #1: Cool at School
• 2 drops PEPPERMINT Essential Oil
• 2 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
• 2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
Study Time Diffuser Blend #2: Professor Peppermint
• 2 drops PEPPERMINT Essential Oil
• 2 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil
• 2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
Diffuse before and during study periods.
