Just as Peppermint invigorates the body, it is also revitalizing to the mind and spirit by providing optimism to the heart and soul.  Peppermint is known as the "Oil of a Bouyant Heart".


So, you may be wondering who can benefit from emotional support with Peppermint?

  • Are feeling disheartened.

  • Need to regain strength to face emotional reality.

Cheerful Champs Diffuser Blend

• 3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

• 2 drops Citrus Bliss Invigorating Blend

• 2 drops Elevation Joyful Blend


Diffuse to promote feelings of well being and cheer:


Cool and Calm Roller bottle Recipe

• 4 drops Coriander Essential Oil

• 3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

• 3 drops Balance Grounding Blend

• Fractionated Coconut Oil or carrier oil of choice


Combine in a 10 ml roller bottle. Roll on pulse points and over heart to promote feelings of balance, well being, heartening, and calmness.
